Quit looking at the ECU and check the continuity of the signal. Grab a wiring diagram and figure out which ECU pins correspond to the CAS signal wires. Make sure that the signal at the CAS actually reaches the ECU. If it does then you may have an ECU issue, if it doesn't, happy hunting.

 

it was the connector on the spark plug wires. NOW ITS RUNNING.!! THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP.!!!
