Default 94 laguna blue miata stolen la county ca

i need your assistance in helping me find my car. last night my car was stolen i had removed the steering wheel like i normally would and i walked away.
i came out in the morning around 8:30 am come to find my car was not longer there
i filed a police report but its always better to have as many eyes on the street as possible
i thank each one of you in advance

For realz.

If you search 'stolen miata' on CR.net nearly every post is out of Cali (with some Texas/Northwest sprinkled in).

Wow you are lucky they found it at all.... In Nj it would have ended up in Camden to get stripped down and every little piece sold as scrap metal lol

no. this is what socialism breeds. there is no sense of property, you cant have nice things in california, because there is always someone else with a greater need than you and it's your duty to the common man to give it up to him. if not, hell just take it anyways; besides, the ends justifies the means. California is a great place for low lifes.

As a resident in CA my entire life and having dealt with my own car having $2000 worth of vandalism done just because some kids were bored, yes, that is how CA works. It is terrible.

Damn... that is terrible... im glad you found it though... even though its not complete..
did it have a steeringwheel in it when you found it???

My DD miata has aids, so i just open the glovebox, disconnect the LED display from the J&S, and it will not run, no matter what you do (aside from finding the connector and plugging it in... but a thief in a hurry will never figure it out...) also has an alarm system, but i still disconnect the display, just to be sure

If you live in a shitty part of it (central valley or LA), then yes.

Moral of the story: Don't live in those places.

They dont need to drive the car. I had a friend that worked delivering newspapers super early every morning like usual. He told me he was used to seeing cars get stolen again and again by tow trucks. They spill oil very close to the tires and then pull the car into the flatbed, similar to getting it inpounded.

He said he simply got tired of calling the police and besides the only person awake at that hour was him, so he did not want to risk retaliation if the thieves got caught once released or by their working buddies.

My neighbor had a gps tracking device hidden somewhere attached to the chassis on his brand new truck.

CA, the wonders of city life.
