I've read that the '99 1.8 has a 9.5:1 compression ratio stock and I know my motor has the been bored .020 over with the wiseco pistons. I don't however know how to compute my current compression ratio but do figure it to be closer to 9:1. Is this correct?
I also am curious because when setting my reqfuel in MS i don't know the actual engine size that I should enter in ccs. I know 1800cc is close enough but it would be nice to know what I really have in the car now. Can anyone here help me using some of their math skills?
Compression Height: 1.201
Bore Size: 3.2874
Head was decked : .007 for straightness
