yes all the fuse are good.

i removed the radio and all ac/heat parts. pulled the dash to remove everything then put it back in stripped. plugged in the dash harness with the 2 grounds screwed down and now my hazards, mirror adjuster, dimmer, and cruse on/off along with my turn signals no don't work.

remember hearing something about the hazard and turn signals being linked, i.e. if one doesn't work neither will.

 

ends up there is more then 1 plug for the dash harness to connect to the car, 1 under the sheering wheel that i had and 1 under the pass air bag.
