Default 99 miata no spark when engine reaches operating temp

I have a 99 with fm2 turbo kit and hydra ecu. The car will start up just fine and idle smooth when the engine is cold. After sitting and idling up to operating temp the engine will then die and not restart. It has even died on me while driving. After letting it sit for about 15 minutes it will start right up again but die when it gets back to temp. I used a spark tester and have no spark on any cylinders when this occurs. I've replaced both the cam and crank sensors with aftermarket units and it hasn't helped. Any ideas?

I had a friend that had this problem and the solution that fixed it for his car was replacing the cam sensor. The cam sensor was on its way out and when the car reached operating temperature the sensor would stop working and the car would lose sync and die.

No idea. Did you replace both the cam and crank sensor? I also just noticed the Hydra ecu bit. I don't know anything about hydra or how to datalog.

Yea I've replaced both sensors. I think the ecu is the problem.

Take a datalog. It sounds like a tune issue when transitioning from open/closed loop.

Do you have a theory that explains why the ecu COULD be the problem?

If the problem ISN'T under the hood but rather in the ECU, that would lead me to believe it is something to do with your tune and maybe some compensations that happen when the car gets hot. This seems... Unlikely.

What would be helpful is a datalog of the event. Datalog every field it can output and share it here.
