Hi everyone. I currently live in southeastern PA, and may be making a move to DE (New Castle County). One thing that concerns me is the vehicle inspection process in DE. My NB has a standalone MS setup, and I see that DE has an OBD II inspection (and no exemption like I can get in PA). For those of you in DE with a standalone, how do you pass inspection? Is the only way to revert back to stock?
