Talking Axis racer X

My real question here is who is running a neg offset on here?
I ordered my flares and i was figuring roll the rear a half inch or so and run the flares over them.

Anyone get into this at all ?

The wheels are 15x8 -26 in the rear with a 6"lip

You think an extra 3/4 of an inch will make that much diff. compared to a 0 offset on wheel bearings ?
Also i dont care really what you guys think about them I enjoy old school jdm and this is my daily driver so flame away...I was just trying to see if anyone was running an neg. offset on here.

You don't like that, this is why I deleted my post!

low offset makes the miata look like a roller skate. i think you would like it better on clubroadster or roadsterdrift than here.

Somebody asked if someone has some low offset wheels on their miata. I do and I showed it to him. What is the problem with that?

I never had any warning on any other website.
You want to know why I got warned, so I will tell you.

The first time I only had 6 posts and I wanted to buy some injectors from a member in the Sale section. So I decided to build some "test posts" until I was 10 posts. That way I could contact the seller (you cannot below 10)
***first warning

The second time, somebody wrote something funny and I replied with a ""
***second warning
CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?!?

I think for having said that, I will have a third warning and be banned

I don't know what is wrong with the moderators on this site but there is a problem.

I have a serious miata, running 300 whp, 12.5 sec on the 1/4 mile, if it's not enough for you, fine.

As I was suggest, I will return to other website where I can exchange and discuss about power mods with more "open mind" people.

God bless

I still don't get the point of chopping fenders and flaring a car only to run 195's or even those 'monster' 225's. ****, for all that work, bet your *** i'd be rolling on 275/35-15. Otherwise, it's a poseur move IMHO. Hell, I run 235's (slicks..which would be more like a 245 in street tires) without fancy low offset or flares.

'Sall good. I'm the 'funtion over form' guy. I'm not saying that flares and low offset wheels are bad, im just windering why people who do it don't utilize all that space and put some meats on the wide rims. With all that space, why not try running a 245-40/15 or something? It's just a matter of buying a wider tire...that's all.
