Personally I sympathize with this guy. If my motor puked oil and parts all over the road I'm not sure I'd have the composure to worry about spelling and grammar. A blown motor ruins your day, your bank account and any free time you were planning on for the next month or so.

Of course it is fun to kick a guy when he's down though.

Back in elementary school we were taught it stood for English as a Second Language. Keep in mind this was 17 years ago.

My grammar is impeccable, and I blew up an $800 differential last weekend.

Savington makes metal salad out of his dif. MX03 loses engine parts through the block and oil pan. One was on the street and the other at the track but both were racing...

Hmmm....

Maybe our little cars really weren't meant for drag racing. Damn, I was planning on hitting the friday night drags now and then when BEGI finishes my car. Now I've got to start a parts replacement fund since it sounds like stuff is likely to break. Horsepower addiction is the root of all evil.

Look if i wanted to worry about my spelling or grammar, i would of done it from the beginning. I just typed that up to tell you how my day was. I bet you would of done the same thing if it were to happen to you.

God damn ******* retards... You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drown... It's a PC-liberal thing:
"In the US, Canada and Australia, this use of English is called ESL (English as a second language). This term has been criticized on the grounds that many learners already speak more than one language.
(...)
In the UK, Ireland and New Zealand, the term ESL has been replaced by ESOL (English for speakers of other languages)."

i thought the F/IC was a good enough engine management for his car.... at least that's what the shop he went to that installed his turbo reccomended... i disagree with it though, dont get me wrong, it may be a nice unit but i'd rather spend 300$ on megasquirt

o okay.... you should have been watching your AFRs..... that's the weirdest thing to ever happen that i've heard.... i've ran 13.8's before and never blew up my motor (not like i do it often, but i use to run blindly without the wideband)

YOU HAVE A WIDEBAND THOUGH, how did you blow it???

Still no excuse.
I rolled my 96 and somehow walked away unscathed, and still had composure to write what happened in easy-to-understand English.

BOV has nothing to do with boost pressure... are you referring to the wastegate? A BOV won't cause a boost spike unless your old unit was leaking and the new one is not.
