Battery question??

has anyone ever heard of putting a bike battery (07 yamaha r1) in a 03 miata.
did it work? cuz i was thinking of trying it out but was wondering if anyone has done it before to save me the trouble and time thanks.

You have to modify the connection points but it will work.
I run an Odyssey PC680 (http://www.odysseybatteries.com/battery/pc680series.htm)
It's essentially a motorcycle battery. But be forewarned, my car is a track car. I don't have to worry about starting the car day after day in the winter. I don't know how long a motorcycle battery will last for daily use.

how would i modify the connections is it something hard or is it just finding a way to connnect the cables. there no winter here and i stay in orlando, fl will that help or not make a difference
