Default Bipes

OK....my bipes is on the way.....im a little confused however as to the programming.... i have a 1.6L NA (for now, greddy kit sititng under my bed waiting for time to be installed!!! )....which sequence of switches should i start with for a conservative timing setting? aggressive? for while i'm N/A and the same for once i have my basic kit on.

Thanks guys...it should be here tomorrow and i'll probably throw it in wednesday and see what i can do with it.....what kind of HP/torque changes can i expect just wiring it up to an essentially bone stock 1990 with the stock timing settings?
