My six speed is popping out of gear. I read on a few forums that if the shifter seat bushing is worn that this can be a problem. I believe my shifter is the small ball shifter because it was quite loose when installed in the trans. However, I don't have a large ball shifter to see if this will eliminate the problem.

Would anyone that has one of these shifters be willing to lend it to me? I'll pay shipping both ways and perform the test in a timely fashion. OR have one for a reasonable price?

I figure I will start with the simplest/cheapest possible fixes, and work my way up.
