You realize that I have the option to not sell to you, right? Because yeah, that's what I'm going to do. Didn't see this post till after I responded to your message.
I didn't know that taking something out of the packaging make it used. I guess all those cars that people take a test drive in must sell on used lots right after.

1 - It's brad new
2 - it's already in a hands of a person who speaks the same language as you (puts a premium on it over a site where you can't even understand a single word and can't communicate with seller)
3 - these are not plentiful and are somewhat rare at these prices. Shops in the west that stock these often ask almost $200 for relocation kits. ( this puts a premium on the item)
4 - you are really low-balling asking for $35 shipped, and shipped not locally, but internationally where shipping alone will cost $35-$50.
I think your offer is insulting and sounds like the seller is in agreement. You can leave Neg Cats all you want, but you are certainly not making friends with your approach.

I don't care how much it costs elsewhere. Fact is this is sold for 40$ shipped anywhere, so I don't see the seller getting more than that. Heard of Google translate? you don't even need that on that site, as lousy as their English is.
I often buy stuff from Amazon.de and never had any problem. Shipping internationally with USPS is as low as 10$.
p.s you might want to learn another language or two, it helps in the globalized era we live in.

Why don't you just go to USPS and price check - USPS package to Israel with 2lb weight is $22.50 for first class International package. Priority mail costs $47.20 or $68.95 (depending on if you use your own box or flat rate medium box). So the seller would either get only $17.50 from his original $40 spent or will have to pay anywhere from $7 to $29 extra just to get it off his hands? Seriously, you are making it worse with these wild statements about $10 international package shipping. And by the way - I do speak 3 languages (used to be able to have a basic conversation in 4-th language, but forgot most of it due to lack of practice.)
You are arguing on the internet over $5 and making yourself look bad in the process. Order from Japan, get the part, install it, be happy.

Don't worry folks. I'm not in any danger of going out of my way to sell something to him. I took the bottle out of the packaging to look at it and realized that I probably didn't need any more space in my engine bay. May keep it if I decide to do an oil filter relocate, but otherwise it's going to come to a classifieds near you!
