Can you install a CAS upside down? Not as in the actual body, but does it matter which way the dog is turned? I noticed the profile of the dog is different on each side but I don't know if it matter which way it goes in. Anyone know?

 

you didnt check under the dash yet or you are sure there is somehting fishy bout your CAS?

 

As far as I know the slot is offset to prevent you from installing it 180deg off.

 

I wasn't sure. All I know is i gave up trying to put it in the other way because it was such a PITA and installed it the way I have it now.

What actually IS the problem you have having?

 

Just making sure i can't get an inverted signal from it because it's in backwards causing some problems in megasquirt. It's fine though. Just wanted to rule that option out.
