I prefer the 4 button sprung disc.

I have heard many many bad things about 6-button discs...

Mine with lightened OEM flywheel (5 pounds off), 4 button disc, Dakin pressure plate with spacers between flywheel and pressure plate. Have it this way for more than 4 years and now been 4 months at 10-12 psi and holds strong all the way to redline back to back passes.

What's so bad about 6 pucks that isn't on a 4?

I honestly do not know if it is something with the design of the 6 button vs. 4 on how it grips. All I am saying what I have seen back home in Puerto Rico (although now I live in FL) and everybody stays away from the 6 puck.

Its just my opinion and what everyone tells me when we go to the dragstrip and still to this day when I call them for advice as I keep in touch with many of them. Just my two cents...

Grip: full < 6 < 4
Streetability: full > 6 > 4

One last question, apparently their are no local clutch shops here so should I just buy a new disk or send this one to be "re-padded"
