Default Custom 3" turbo exhaust, center exit... (boxster swap anyone?) video/audio

So I finally have some outside footage of the car. You can hear what others hear...

To my ears... and those of others... the car sounds like it has a boxster motor swap... I sound like a subaru for some reason. Here it is though. Video from an AutoX this Sunday.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uATIiixC5p4&fmt=18

Exhaust is full 3" right off the turbo. 1 resonator and a 3"in, 4" tip Vibrant canister.

that canister is huge...needs smallerness...but is badass.

I'm not sure at scooby sound, similar though.

But it does sound good as ****.

I like the sound, and agree that the canister is a bit big for my taste. Not really sure it sounds like a subie though.

Shrug, I paid 40 bucks for it (new/but used for custom exhaust mockup at local shop). It came with flanges/hangers and a few feet of stainless bends.

I think it retails at 150? Just the muffler.

I want to say it was ~18" and a dynamax bullet. Was probably like 30 or so bucks.

appearance wise Id like it more if it wasnt angled down because of having to go over rear brace. But other than that, it sounds pretty menacing

I doubt I could trap 109 on 3cyl or a hurt 4th cylinder at only 10psi.

Slutz. It isn't angled down a hair because of routing, I wanted it that way. I hate angled up tips that become water collectors and then you have a muffler with water sitting around in it.

Custom made by Lovefab (Cody). He primarily does honda manifolds. Currently NSX's are his main builds.

I like the sound, a lot.

Although it does look like your car has been gapped.
