Ok wait now something seems Fucked up!! I've hung out with Pdexta many times, I don't understand Why he would try and do that?? He's a straight forward guy. That doesn't make any sense.... I can't even tell you how much He's helped me with my car, let alone try and rip off MT.net members he obviously is sticking around.. I honestly believe there is some misguided info somewhere.. Pdexta is a really nice guy he wouldn't deliberately F any body over.....

Another forum I'm on has the ability to restrict users from viewing anything but a single thread determined by admins. It has a way of speeding up conflict resolution.

Another thing that seems funky, what company has ever refunded the money upfront without getting there product back??? does that seem a bit odd?? if you were a business owner would you refund a customers order before getting your product back??? I know I wouldn't..... Plus since Pdexta already has purchased with them they have is card/PP info, no? they can easily charge his account again for not returning the product? Or because you called them up you made them aware of that soo wouldn't they do something about it???

I thought that was the whole paypal scam thing... you file a dispute for a refund, send them a rock back with shipping confirmation, they receive the rock, paypal says "okay he sent it back, I see the shipping confirmation" and refunds the money. Company has a new shiny rock, customer has a radiator to resell and a refund..

You're right. When I spoke to him on the phone, he seemed fine. Then he disappeared completely.

I agree with you. It seems odd that they'd issue a refund without first receiving their merchandise.

I'm going completely off of information supplied to me by Godspeed. They even emailed me a screenshot of the paypal refund which pdexta received for his Godspeed radiator.

Hence, they kept the radiator that I shipped back.

Yeah, fabbing brackets would have been fine. But I was told by Godspeed that if I returned it, they'd send me a pnp rad. So of course I chose that, which resulted in no rad at all.

I've met pdexta and I wouldn't peg him as being shady. He just didn't come across like that at all. He seems like a really nice guy. That being said, I really only met him once and have corresponded a couple of times on the forum about events.

As I said in a previous post, he seemed fine on the phone and his initial email to me was very obliging. He genuinely seemed interested in getting resolution. But he has since disappeared.

I'm not at all interested in judging his character; I'm judging his actions.
