I'm impressed with the pic. Not a zip-tie in sight! I was going to DIY a scooper too. I found it's pretty cheap to take a full size pattern to an HVAC shop and have them cut it from Galvanized sheet and do the bends. Couldn't make it look that clean on my own. Sure it'll rust eventually but it'll be pretty much out of sight behind the R-lip.

Blah I seriously doubt you will scrape with the scooper unless ya have the car lowered. I've driven the crap outta it in Deals Gap and surrounding mtn roads (my last set of tires where with scooper installed, that would be the 6th set - on 7th now) - didn't scrape once and yes I braked 100% many times... WOT straights into deep turns with the occasional big rig comming around the turn.. Have braked hard from 100+ mph several times never once even came close to scraping.. But yeah I know this is not on the track..
