Ducting and airflow

I'm necroing the **** out of threads today.
I nabbed a used 600hp Precision intercooler on eBay a couple weeks ago. The core is a Garrett 24x8x3.5 with cast endtanks.
I mounted it up last week and fully ducted it. The nose is sealed to the front of the IC, then the IC is sealed to the front of the radiator. 100% of the air goes through the IC first. I would have liked to do curves and such, but there just wasn't room. With the radiator fans on, there is vacuum being pulled through the intercooler at a stop.

You could search under the term "speed tape". That's what we use on aircraft and that stuff will not let go. But during a 30sec search I also found ~20$ a roll. Just throwing out ideas
