Issue: Car sputtering and coughing leading to it eventually dying. Started when the weather started to warm up above 75 F. Car will run for about 30min~ before the issue reliably occurs. It does not seem to matter if I give it the beans or drive normally. I can drive it to work in the morning without issue.
Whats been checked: Spark plugs, plug wires, coil pack(and wiring), CAS(and wiring), and timing.
What I feel is good: Injectors, idle air valve, anything related to cooling,
My wild guesses: Fuel pump, fuel filter??, MAF??, maybe the injectors aren't actually good?, I was suggested it could be the ECU, the battery??(really at a loss).

Car info: 95' Almost entirely stock. Manley rods and the 949 Racing coolant reroute kit. Block off plate on the front where the coolant neck used to be. The oil cooler hoses are still connected with a piece of copper pipe in the front. FluiDampr, Boundry Engineering 72psi oil pump, Charcoal can and EGR are gone. Aside from that there isn't much enginewise that's been done.

I'm an absolute idiot theory: It's overheating and the meter isn't showing right
Counter to the absolute idiot theory: The car had previously got up in temp in January, and the meter displayed accurately then. (Radiator cracked). And it'd probably be dead by now.

Full story if needed:
Car started dying while driving when the temperature started rising in the spring. Was coming home after about a two hour drive when I started noticeably losing power. Car would hesitate and it'd feel like it was firing on 3.5 cylinders, so it wasn't terribly noticeable. Very intermittent, but I got the car home. Drove it like normal for another week with relatively cool weather (sub 75 F). The next week I'm driving spiritedly with some friends around town when the car just cuts on a hill. Doesn't die, but struggles to get going while spitting and coughing. Get it up the hill where it dies. I replaced the plugs and plug wires because I had some extras laying around. Got another known good coil pack and threw it on. Drove it to work for about a week without any noticeable issue, and as spiritedly as I wanted. End of that week it dies on the way home in the heat. Doesn't start back up and I let it sit for about 40min. It starts back up again, but still sputtery. Week later I replaced some of the wiring because it looked bad (exposed wire near connectors). No solder, just crimps and heatshrink. Good connection throughout. Drove it to work and to a store after work, but when I go to leave the store it sputters and dies in the parking lot. Leave it there and come back at night. It drives home just fine. Haven't driven it in two weeks, got a known good CAS from a friend and chucked in, set the timing properly, and drove it for about 30min. I was downshifting to a corner and then hung it in neutral for a second where it died. Started it up while moving and it was intermittently sputtering on the way home(~0.5miles). Got home and let it idle for a second while I pulled the timing light to double check, but it died before I could. Started it back up and checked the timing. It was fine. Pushed the car into the garage to go write this post.

I have a hunch that I've been ignoring for a bit because I didn't want it to be what I think it is, but I wanted to post this just in case there is something obvious I'm missing. Also using this as a method of record keeping.
