Evergreen gasket set sucks
The rubber seal under main bearing does not fit properly. Every time oilpan is tightened the seal tries to come out from somewhere.
And this set came only with one set of seal so there is no other alternatives to try.

I pulled out used seals from another motor, they are much skinnier and allow the pan to be seated a lot better. There is good bit of RTV from all the tries to get new ones working, and I don't expect the seal leaking.
Maybe the Evergreen ones were for 1.6?
