So who's responsibility is it, on the track, if someone crashes into you, and they are clearly responsible for causing damage to your car because of negligence?

Just making that up, but I seriously doubt that their is any recourse for getting hit by another car while on a race track.

 

If some rich dude pissed me off, I'd just crash my crappy car into their $100k car. lolz.

Stuff like that happens in spec miata more commonly than you may realize. That's why it can be entertaining to watch (if you can get over how slow and loud they are).

 

Depends on the guy. I know a few local racers and they have had someone pay for damage if they really fucked up and damaged your car and then there are also people who will not buck up and you have to deal with it. A friend just paid about 6k to fix his S2000 after he was put into a wall. All out of pocket.

 

Looks like fun, would watch again.
