This kinda only applies to people in California with a MSM who want to keep it carb legal. If you didnt know, FM is the only company that made a carb legal dp for the msm but then discontinued it because "it sold too slowly". There has been a recent post on miata.net to see how many people are interested in buying a new dp because its practically impossible to find a used one. Im just trying to spread the word because this can be a rare opportunity to get a carb legal dp for people in California.

- The price should be the same as it was originally ($649), although I'll need to confirm that with the supplier to make sure nothing has changed there

- We'll need to have everyone pay for their parts before we place the order (again, we're very gun-shy on this product based on history)

- Delivery will likely take 3-4 months

- We can give it until January to collect names, then another month once the product is live on the site. If we don't have enough commitments, we'll refund everyone's money.
