I love the hood, it works and I think it looks great. You just have to be careful with water getting into the spark plugs. I would imagine the carbon hood didn't sell well because iirc it was like $700 + shipping. Then after paint it's over $1000, not many people have a need for a 1k plus hood. |

my vote is that it doesn't work. show me one race car's extractor hood at same location. My guess is the FM hood works just not near as effective as some other hoods that have better placed openings. I will say my modified Arebuni works at vurtually any speed. Looks like Autokonexion may be a close copy and probably much higher quality than mine might even fit without modification like mine required. Bob |
