I'm getting ready to replace the link-piggy with a used Hydra I bought and figured I'd better get the recall (Factory ECU swap)done first.
I have no plans to sell the car, but if I do, I don't want any selling/title issues because it has an open recall around emissions. It's a pain in the *** and waste of my time, but i'd rather do now than try to explain it when I'm using a full standalone.

The only issue with taking them the ECU, is the programing the keys.... I think they have to either program the ECU with your keys, or reprogram the keys so they will continue to work with the car.....
