Smallish FMIC. Dave bought a larger ebay IC to use, but I'm probably going to swap the 12 PSI pulley back on in the near future before I start messing with the IC. Not sure what kind of longevity I should really expect at 19 PSI.

I didn't push it much on the drive home, but I'll say this -- 5th gear passing on the interstate is effortless.
I'll start a new build thread on it soon, but off the top of my head, it needs:
1. New dash harness, gauge panel, and speedo cable installed to fix non-working gauges. Dave set me up with the harness and panel, so I just need to order a speedo cable.
2. 12 PSI pulley installed to move the blower back into a more efficient range with less heat.
3. New tune to fix the idle (which bounces between 1k and 2k constantly) and the too rich current state. Also stumbles off-throttle a lot. If the idle doesn't play nice, then I might be tracking down a vacuum leak.
4. Soft-top (from Dave) installed properly...Dave ran out of time and just bolted it in place. Might just put the hard top on until I can buy a roll bar for it anyway.
5. Ebay steering wheel (has old worn NA wheel on it now).
6. 90-93 seatbelt stalks...Dave swapped in some 90-93 seats which are good, but re-used the 94-97 stalks on the tunnel. They sit way too far back to be convenient. There's a 93 at the local pull-a-part so I'm hoping it'll still have the belts in it.
Those 6 things will take care of most of the car's serious annoyances. Then, I'll start investigating a quieter exhaust (Racing Beat header and FM stainless exhaust right now, terribly boomy), some frame rails, that kind of stuff.

Will sub that build thread, I've always wanted to see the inner workings of this beast.

Nope. We went through some hard rain on the way back, big patches of standing water 1-2 inches deep on the interstate. Very, very sketchy. Even in 5th with the lightest touch on the throttle, I felt like it was moments away from swapping ends. The absence of anything other than the soft-top over my head was slightly disconcerting.
I thought that was definitely a neat setup on the car when I saw it, with a little attention that it sounds like you're ready to give to it, it'll be a very nice car. Good luck with it!
