You gotta know you're in for trouble with a guy named Sleek Civic. Might as well be Ricers R Us.

I'm more in for subtle harrasment than out and out vandalism. Things like heavy zip ties around a drive shaft. Sounds like something bad is really broke. Taking off or adding wheel weights, Vaseline behind door handles, black grease on black seating or steering wheels, pulling turn signal bulbs, etc.

Cueball I'm with you on the harrasment thing.

I like to go a little further.Doing **** like,**** on his radiator,as soon as the rad heats up,the smell will become down right nasty.Stuff dog **** under the door handles.Spray monofoam into his tailpipe.Shove tooth picks in the key holes.Cut a small slit in the rad hose.

How do we even know hes not right here in the forums, listening...hehe. I would show up to his house with the police as said, with some major proof for your side. Then he will at least get "scared" that oh no, the police are involved. Becuase A lot of people get ripped off on like ebay, and not do squat about it, and just take the loss, those lazy people are their targets...
+1 on the joyce being his moms name LMFAO Hahaha :gay:

Well the email that Fedex sent me said that they had to change the address.... the actual address was 1125 S. Rush St. Weatherford, Tx 76086. The only difference in this address than with the address the guy gave me is the H in Rush... the one he gave me was Rusk... so IDK how Fedex would even know that, that is the incorrect address since there is obviously that address on Rusk St. The only way I think Fedex would know that that was the incorrect address is that the name didn't match the address. The guys last name is not upshaw. It is Johnson.... so I am sketchy about that phone number for the Rusk address. Hey fasterthanyou can you get me the phone number for the new address. 1125 S. Rush St. Weatherford, TX 76086... because when it comes down to it that is the address that Fedex shipped to. So I'm pretty sure that, that address has a resident with the last name Johnson.

P.S. I called that number from a fasterthanyou's reply and no one answered....

I have done multiple hundreds, perhaps thousands, of internet transactions. The amount of bad transactions I've had can be counted on less then one hand.

Rule number 1: Buyer pays first. NEVER, but NEVER send parts to someone you do not know without cleared payment first.
Rule number 2: Do not accept personal checks from people you do not know well.
Rule number 3: Do not expect reporting bad transactions to Gary or internet 'authorities' will result in satisfactory resolution. In fact I wouldnt bother m.net with it at all. Those engaging in transactions there (and elsewhere) assume all liability for the transaction.

All this being said...sorry to hear you were scammed by a scumbag. Take proper precautions in the future and you should have good results.

**** on the vent between the windshield and hood...The smell never goes away and the car has to be junked (no one wants to buy a car that smells like ****)
Vaseline buffed into the windshield is better then the door handles because he won't know it until it rains, then his wipers won't do a thing.

Sorry bro, I hate thieves. My last car was stolen and that is how I got into Miatas so I'm happy now but thieves should all be castrated...
