Exclamation greddy install/ oil pressure 0

Even before my turbo install my oil pressure drops to zero after i let off the gas only sometimes though!! there seems to be no noise from the engine except for a ticking sound thats been there ever since i owned the car>>> I'm worried now that i am running a turbo, what will come of it??? do i have a bad oil sender maybe just a bad oil gauge i just don't know please help me out I've been freaking out!!! :bang :

I think if you had 0 oil pressure you would know. I would guess the sender by the oil filter is bad.
