Hardtop stolen!!!

Hardtop stolen!!!
I live downtown Sac. my top was stolen, it was red has minor fiberglass dammage above the pas side with no tint.
I am kickin myself right now for not following him, but i saw it and needed to get back to work. I asked the kid about where he got this freshly rattle-canned black top and as he stummbled on his words while we were stoped at the light he replied " I I I I have another miata"... as do I, however, this did not amswer my question. I would be proud to anounce the screaming deal I found on craigslist only costing me $701.00 after a heated haggling session. this kid however, did not, i noticed the same fiberglas damage and red paint poking out from under his garbage tape job.
The kid is in his early 20's he is hispanic and or indian with black hair his miata is white with rolled fenders extremely low on 14's i believe or 15's. stickers on the windows in the "illest" font in diferent colors, i was mainly focused on the top. to recap the top is rattled black, probably another color by now after the scare
ANYONE WITH INFORMATION SHALL RECIEVE CASH REWARD
I saw him coming from 160>downtown and believe he was headed to the freeway via L st by the capital

One day I came home to my house being robbed. I asked the guys what they were doing, and they siad they lived there and I had the wrong house. Not the answer I was hoping for, you'd think they'd want to tell me how awsome it was to pay really really cheap rent in one of the richest areas in the USA, but no. Anyways, I was late to work so I had to leave. I'm sure they changed the locks by now since they are nervous.
