I've tried it twice, but cannot get the fingers out when doing it in a one piece fashion. I'm I just an impatient bitch, or do you have to do it in strips? The side windows are a breeze. They take a few minutes to do (longer to rip the tint off when the state trooper doesn't like it). I don't believe in taking my cars to a "pro" to do anymore. If you can install a soft top into one of these cars, a little bit of window tint should be no issue............. I HATE SOFT TOP INSTALLs!!!!

I tinted my own windows too but I would never try to do the hardtop window myself.

fork out the $40+ bucks and have a pro do it right

 

mine is tinted as one piece, but the P.O. paid someone to do it. I wouldnt mess with it myself as I've seen to many botched jobs

 

At the 150 these local cats want, I'll keep buying rolls of tint till it looks good
