Default headlight fuse issue

Ever since I blew the motor over the summer I have been having a headlight problem. The 30 amp headlight fuse in the engine bay will blow as soon as you turn the headlight on.

I have had the motor in and out a few times, but I am confident that I did not pinch any wires. I also had the headlight housings removed and the harnesses disconnected in order to paint my engine bay.

I pulled the plugs off of the headlights and found that i am getting continuity between ground and power for both the hi and low beams. (assuming that is a short). I disconnected the relay and controller and still the same thing.

I am kinda lost. Any Ideas?

found the short in the red/black wire (low beam).... pinched wire on the pas side headlight. I am still getting continuity between the black wire (ground) and the red/white (highbeam)... Ill be searching for more damaged wires tomorrow.
