I wouldnt buy the knockoff ones from Ebay because I hear the system that moves th bulb up and down fails and then you are stick with lopsided lights.

Just go with a single filament fixed bulb, its more reliable. How often do you use highs anyway.

H4 kits are available as what they call a Hi/Lo kit as well, with the hi beam attached to the hid bulb...the hi beam bulb is a regular bulb tho...

true bi-xenon projectors have a motor assembly that powers a flapper inside the projector and lowers the flapper, allowing the light to shine uncontrolled...this is the same flapper piece that is static in single xenon lights and the same flapper that provides the nice cutoff you see when pointed up against a wall...
