To each his own. De gustibus non est disputandum. Deal with it. You have a great build of your own going and you're doing a car your way. That should be sufficient demonstration of how you feel about "style." I don't see how picking on this guy enriches your Miata experience.

What I'm trying to say is the guy doesn't care one way or another what you think, and he's having a good time, but it can't possibly be fulfilling for you to sit around and cry about decisions he's made that have no effect on you.
