Default I get to rebuild an M45

I finally started my car last night for the first time in about 2 months. (She has been in surgery for a while now) It was nice to hear it run again, but my SC needs nose bearings. I must not have noticed them starting to go bad back in the fall, but after not hearing the car run in a while the bearing grinding sound is quite apparent. I ordered the parts to do the job... Has anyone done it? It seems like one of those things that will either be really easy or really hard depending on what tricks you know.
