Default I need the braided hose for clutch slave.

I have the braided hose from the clutch slave to the metal line on the firewall on my car and it is great, simplifys the removal of the trans greatly removing the curly Q and the brackets on the bell housing bolts.

Question is, trying to get one for a friends car, where did I get it from? Though it was flyn' Miata but I ordered there line and its not the right one. They only carry the one from the MC to the card line.

Who sells it?

Thanks!

Damn. I wish I had known about that when I bought my line. Only $10 more and it replaces that hard line. I still have yet to figure out how to mount that damn thing to the bell housing/starter. I guess I lost a bracket in the rebuild.

I see my services are no longer needed. That line should be on everybody's short-list of initial mods... eliminates 2 brackets, enables you to get the slave all the way out of the way, kills 2 failure points. I don't think I noticed any improvement in performance, but it's worth the price just to not have to re-install those ******* brackets on the tranny bolts.

anyone care to buy me one and have it shipped to me? I got the short line from master cylinder to the hard line, but we don't get the long braided line over here.
I'll throw in some beer money too

So a week ago I ordered one from Flyn' Miata.

Flyin' Miata : Engine/Drivetrain : Transmission : 1990-05 Braided stainless steel clutch hose

Got it in and its the wrong one. There picture on the site cuts off the end of the hose so I could not tell it was the wrong one. Called them and told them of the oops and was informed that you could not replace the metal host with the curly-Q in it because it was there to cool the clutch fluid. WTF? I informed them that some other company makes it and I have it on my car and it works great.

I have got an email from them letting me know that that website will be updated with clear information on what hose they sell.

Thanks!
