Default IAT SENSOR INSTALL PROBLEM

I'm trying to install a GM iat sensor and connect it to my mspnp2 for my 95. The reading is stuck at 65° whether I have it plugged into the maf sensor or not. The wires are plugged into the 3rd and fourth spots. My multimeter says 3 volts for the third wire and 0 for the fourth. I did change tuner studio to be a GM sensor. Am I missing something obvious? Is there something else to check? Thanks!

Does the voltage change when temp at the sensor does?

Double check that you have the right wires connected the right places.

He said he has a '95 and is plugged into pins 3 & 4 on the MAF connector.

I missed the year in his post, but my question stands about having them in the right pins. Could have the connector upside down.

Hi I am fairly certain they are in the right pins. When I run a hairdryer on it, the voltage goes lower. I am checking the wire after the connector. Sorry about the late reply. Thanks for the help!

Err. Really dumb solution. I was looking at the coolant temp gauge not the manifold temperature. I'm such a dummy. Sorry.
