Default ID request: Sensor on intake manifold

Sorry for the noob question, just wasn't sure what this was and if it's needed or not with megasquirt (no emissions). I tried to search, but without knowing what I was searching for I'm not making any progress.

'96 Miata. I think it's 2 wires and has 2 vacuum lines running through it; one to the intake manifold, one to the FPR. I feel like I've ditched it on cars in the past but figured I'd check before I went screwing something else up.

Thank you for the response. After searching it, I don't feel like quite the moron since others didn't seem to be too sure of it's function as well. Looks like I'll throw it away.
