I keep getting E8 error code. Often it will not hold calibration for more than a few hours. I had some wires chaff and fear I ruined my controller but before I order a new one I am wondering if this is a common problem?

Also, I want to wire in an additional gauge (Maxi Gauge) and want to know if it is okay to splice into the same output that is feeding my ECU (MS3)? I know the wideband has two outputs, but the Maxigauge is set up to take the same voltage as the ecu output not the analog output from the secondary wide band output.
