Now.. here's where I need help. There is a comparison picture here of the pivot arm here and the stocker (stock being longer). Does anyone have the BSP lights that they can measure that pivot arm so I can recreate it?

 

I just measured the pivot arms on my BSP kit for ya and they measure in at 45mm from end to end.
