Default Intermittent Engine Cut Out and Clicking

So I was driving to school yesterday just cruising on the highway and randomly my car cuts out for just a blip of a second. Every couple of minutes I would get 1 blip but as I get closer to the school it gets worse and worse and its making it incredibly hard to drive as its bucking like a teen on prom night. I barely was able to get it home. Every time it cuts out I get a loud click from under the dash. I checked a few grounds in the engine bay and cleaned a few off, disconnected my ms and back but its still doing it. I would take a log but for some reason it loses sync constantly with my computer, not sure if its my serial cord or the ms. Any advice? :/

I have a similar issue with my 90. Driving along and I feel an occasional surge or drop in power. Sometimes the tach will drop a couple hundred rpm, sometimes it stumbles and loses power. I've replaced the fuel pump, coilpack, AFM, CAS 02 sensor, and TB, IAC and TPS(due to high idle). I wonder if a bad relay could be an issue.
