Default Knocking noise?
Every time i start my 94 miata the engine knocks for about 2-3 sec. Its not loud but you can hear it real good.

I did, i put in Mobil 1
Could it be because of worn bearings?

You're giving no details as to what your car is. You have given no info on what you have done to the car. At this point, I'm gonna tell you to go to miata.net and look up HLA flush.

Sorry It is a stock 94 1.8l miata with an ebay intake.

I am not sure if its Knocking or tapping, I think maybe tapping?
Valve clearance?

don't quote me on this but i'm pretty sure HLA noise isn't damaging, just annoying so do it whenever
