For that price the FM $17 unit would work just fine.

Yeah, but I'm easier to deal with than FM and don't charge out the ass for shipping.

FM uses two studs with an adpater in the middle.
so a standard m10 studs and a standard m6 stud (i still think it may be m8), then each screw into the adapter block...then then a nut on top of the sensor. |
Now that wouldn't be to hard to make either. The adapter is the only fabbed part unless there is a union on the market that does the same thing.

It looks like hex bar stock that is drilled and tapped on one end to accept the bolt that hold the sensor on. The other end looks like it has been threaded to screw into the motor. |
