i was there not too long ago, I'm sure Ben can tell you about it as i gave him a ride, I don't remember his exact words, but he seemed to like the setup

Maybe for 100k miles or more. But mine still work great with 700, and 23k miles on them.

They aren't the best way to go, as that is only possible by getting them revalved to the springs you are running. This applies to both the Yellows and the Race.

Keith V. in Dallas runs 700FR/375RR on Yellows and holds the track record for Miatas at MSR. So they work for him, too.

SM-T - Only changes are a FMII Link and Koni Yellows 700FR/375RR. Other than that, it's a Spec Miata.
