What is it you need from this Kraftwerks kit that buying an OEM rotrex and DIY-ing it won't get you? Charge pipes and IC can be had off ebay for ~$150, you don't need a machine shop to make them for you.

Wouldn't this be a great time for a piece of rhubarb pie?

Yes, nothing gets the taste of shame and humiliation out of your mouth quite like Bebop-A-Reebop Rhubarb Pie, and Rhubarb Pie filling.

Bebop-A-Reebop. Look for it in the freezer case at your local supermarket, and at Ralph's Pretty Good Grocery; "If you can't find it at Ralph's, you can probably get along (pretty good) without it."

Why not just have your wife track the car N/A? The recipe for an extremely quick, extremely reliable NA track/race miata is well documented on this site.
If your wife is that inexperienced she doesn't really need a supercharged track car. She'll be a better driver in the long run if she learns to drive with 145whp/115wtq...

Excellent point.

I suppose I should be more clear.

We share the car, so I needed to add some power for me and not frighten her.
I felt that while the Rotrex is not exactly what I want in terms of gains, it would be a decent compromise. My wife doesn't drive in the upper RPM range so the car(for the most part) will act largely stock with little to no torque wall she has to contend with. Any amount of power I can add for me will be much appreciated.

There are other less important reasons as well-

Bullet-proof.
We live in California, so R&R will be fairly painless for smog.

Good suggestion. Thanks.

Nice try, Homo. I would MUCH rather have a Greddy kit than a Rotrex. A modded Greddy kit can easily make stock-block venting power and can be pieced together for peanuts.

Edit: LOL @ wife. You faggette

Edit 2: It's cool to see that you and your husband are tracking the car together(I assume you're the bottom due to supercharger). Post some pics.

Isn't this the same guy that complained about 15 hours of labor every 2 years for smog, but he still wants to track the car? Mildly entertaining at best.

I'm still trying to come to grips with the fact that we appear to be having a semi-serious discussion about Kraftwerks and Rotrex, as if these two companies were somehow relevant to "serious" engine performance.

There is a semi-serious part to this discussion? I'm not seeing it

Savington,
I laughed in real life as well. It was a good one.

The car is a '99 with Ca smog garbage.

A modded Greddy kit..because they didn't get them right the first time.

You caught me, I'm gay. I wasn't until I purchased a Rotrex. You must be one of them psychic people who can mysteriously realize the unseen.

Let's try it... Tell me, which finger am I holding up?

Irrelevant. A ***** to the wall greddy kit would still be much cheaper than the shitwerks kit and actually be able to vent block. Speaking of not getting it right the first time...kettle meet pot.

Wannafbody- Yeah, I put in a call to them yesterday and I'm awaiting a call back. They are significantly more than Kraftwerks as far as cost and I'm not certain why.

Thanks for the heads-up.

You certainly don't know this from experience.
2.5 years and you're still on blocks.

You're awesome.
