Yeah sounded like a rotating assembly noise to me.

 

Have you tried pressing the clutch when it happens to see if anything changes?

Another thing I would do is partially block the exhaust - noise will come on earlier or later if it is exhaust related.
(I'm suggesting this because it takes a minute to test it, and you can check that off your suspect list)
