I think you'll be fine. Trackspeed is pretty well known on this forum, and I doubt they would risk their reputation over something like this.

As long as they reply to your emails within a reasonable amount of time I wouldn't worry, you will get your parts.

Your post was a bit difficult to follow due to a lack of proper sentence structure and punctuation but I think I understand the question. I do not believe you have anything to be concerned about.

I dont care who they are, 6 months is too long to wait for something without fully knowing your going to be waiting that long.

If there is an issue with something thats fine-get your money back and get something else.

Well seeing as the wait was because it wasn't in stock, I'd imagine he knew it would be delayed. It's hard to tell anything for sure because of the poor description of the problem, but sure let's grab the pitch forks and get all mad about something we know nothing about. That will surely solve the problem.

he said that there was a new problem with alternator control. thats enough for me to know what conclusion to make.

I ordered coilovers off of a vendor on Honda-tech when I had a honda. It was 6 months or so of ******* around before I filed a reverse charge on my credit card.

Not knowing all of the details-not everyone is perfect but waiting 6 months is entirely too long for something like this part.

6 months is a while, why don't you just call Andrew and chat about it?

Instead TS should have just shipped the item fucked up. Cause then at least he would have the product in a timely fashion. For all you know TS told him it would be more and he was okay with it. He seems to just be verify TS is a legit company. Basically you don't know the situation and what OP was okay with or agreed to.

TSE makes the harnesses per the car and that takes time. If there's an issue, they would rather ship it out knowing it works 100% versus sending you a faulty part. Shipping to Oz isn't cheap and I'm pretty sure that both you and Savington would rather only ship it once.

Wow only 6 months? You're doing pretty good, mine took 7 and another 2 months before I got the engine to go with it. You dont want the NB alternator control in the EMS4 anyways, there's not enough I/Os on the thing for that ****. I dont have the alt control on mine and I'm tapped out, between the VVT, VICS, EBC, Tach, Clutch switch, fuel pump, fan, iac, and I want one more for the electric PS pump. 8 I/Os sounded like a lot before I actually started working with it.

Andrew has replied and no longer stressed. i will be happy with the 6 months because the original product obviously was not up to scratch

Another thing i forgot to mention Trackspeed paid the extra to send the bits separately they didn't have to so thank you again Andrew
