If I decided to get the BEGI manifold w/ an external wastegate flange (w/ the flange blocked off w/ a plate) would it affect my spool/power/etc while running it w/ an internal wastegate?

I wouldn't think so, but it does seem it would cause more turbulence, thus my question.
