Have you seen the AutoExe brace? I'm thinking it will do A LOT for wheel hop.

Ok I don't get it. That orange brace is boxing in the rear subframe. What's that gonna do to help with wheel hop? The way I see it, when you launch, the diff tries to wind up. The end bolted to the PPF is gonna push down, and the other end where the diff mounts press in is pushing up. Soft diff mounts and PPF movement would allow it to coil up like a spring, causing wheel hop. Seems like a brace that tied the PPF/diff area to the car would be ideal, but that brace dosn't do that. What am I missing?

The Beatrush Brace does increase NVH quite a bit. I had a lightweight flywheel and it caused all that gear clatter on decel to be transmitted into the cab. With a stock flywheel I bet its not that bad. Rob at Flipside hard mounted his tranny and diff for a while and it sounds bad ***! No hop at all.

Ok, so he basically braced both ends on the PPF to the body or the frame rails? Seems like that would help to me. I don't see how boxing in the subframe would help, unless it moves enough that the toe changes significantly, that would hurt a little, but wouldn't cause wheel hop.

I want to kill wheel hop, so if Rob at Flipside did it, I want to copy what he did.

That triangle brace seems weird. Why not just a bar across the front of the dif and a bar going up? I mean, that triangle looks bendy from the side.
