is it time to buy some dial indicators and do it myself? I can't seem to find anyone who will put it together, so I'm pretty much stuck doing it on my own.

are there any differences what-so-ever with rear end cases? I have a 4.10 torsen pumpkin that I'm trying to swap into and we thought it was a bad R&P so I picked up another 3.63 to try again.

swaping the complete 3.6 r&p into the 4.1 pumpkin or trying to get away with swappinng just the ring gear? Or some bastardized setup somewhere in between?
FWIW all of the pumpkins are the same. After you set your pinion depth you check your gear tooth engagement and then set your backlash. After having seen it done, the **** is not that hard so long as you are carefull.

Thrash Differential in San Antonio will do it. He did my 3.63 swap. Talk to Charlie Thrash, been doing this **** for longer than you (and maybe I) have been alive. Works with fast cars a lot.

Are you sure they're the same? People say the 1.8 axles are all the same but I've had a set that did not fit in the hub-splines.
nope, the rednecks won't work on it, if it ain't 'merican made.

There is a guy on the S2000 forums that builds and sells some really nice diffs. He's offered to help me out with mine several times. I'm sure he would be willing to set yours up. He even builds some "unbreakable" S2000 diffs if you were looking to beef it up a little I would think he could do that as well. His name is Ben, number is 352-650-3763, and his name on S2ki.com is S2KPUDDYDAD, if you want to look for some feedback on some of his work.
