i talked to the owner he said he is retired and races cars and a bunch of other ****. just want to know what you guys think. he told me the drivers side door is pinched near the front left fender maybe the fender is also pinched/bent, is that common? how much would that be to get fixed/replaced? the car needs a new top and paint but that is not a big deal to me. seems like a pretty good deal considering i see alot of stock miatas going for same price. he said he would probably go down in price so im guessing i could get it for 3500.

seems like a fair price. fenders are cheap enough...

 

More pics are necessary to evaluate how damaged the fender and door are. As for replacement is concerned, I was recently on CL recently and there are a TON of miatas parting out, so that will be your place to look if you decide to go ahead with this one.
