so, i'm stumped, i need to use the NB mirror controls because htye fit the dash but i cnanot for my life figure out how to transpose the wiring

Does the NA8 connector fit the NB switch?

If so, then make sure that the wires are in the same locations on both connectors. If they are not in the same locations, de-pin them and rearrange until they match. If the connectors are different, check to see if the pins are the same or plan on cutting and splicing the wires.

At that point, I think it will work, but the R/L and U/D would be reversed. To fix that you would need to either swap the pins of the brown wire pairs at the door connectors or find the wires in the harness and cut/splice the BR-BR/B (BR-BR/Y) wires. This has to be done past the point where the brown wire is split since it is run to both mirrors. Can't do it at the main connector.

Only other thing I see is that LG/B = LG/R. All the other colors are the same between the years.
